Das Humboldt Forum, das derzeit in der Mitte Berlins in der Hülle des rekonstruierten preußischen Stadtschlosses entsteht und ab 2018 die Sammlungen des Ethnologischen Museums Berlin neu präsentieren wird, ist zu einem Kristallisationspunkt für Debatten über den Umgang mit ethnographischen Sammlungen in Deutschland geworden.
